Prerequisites: A Personal Computer;
A broadband connection to Internet (ADSL or more).
A teleconsultation is arranged between two people and this can be done in many ways:
Video:
To start up a video teleconsultation at least one of the two participants must have a
webcam to transmit images from his own webcam; any participant without a webcam will
only be able to receive images coming from the other participant.
Audio:
To start up an audio teleconsultation at least one of the two participants must have a
microphone to transmit voice signals; any participant without a microphone will only be
able to receive the audio coming from the other participant
Chat:
To start up a chat teleconsultation, click the special icon and insert the text messages
for the other participant in the new window that opens up
Files transfer:
To transfer files from one participant to another, click the special icon and choose the
file to transfer to the other participant.
Shared blackboard:
To use the shared blackboard, click the special icon and draw or import drawings and/or
images in the new window that opens up, always bearing in mind that the other participant
also has access to the same blackboard.
